Choke Manifold
Choke manifold is a system of gate valves and chokes for controlling the flow. Usually there is two flow paths, one is with adjustable choke, the other is with fixed choke. If end user needs bypass, we will add the third flow path.
Adjustable choke and fixed choke is paried used. When fluid is not stable, adjustable choke is used adjust the fluid pressure by handwheel. When fluid is stable, fixed choke is used to do precise measure. If there is need to change choke bean, adjustable choke is used to realize online replacement.
For well testing service, we normally used 4 gate valves or 5 gate valves type. For 4 gate valves type, there is no bypass. If 5 gate valves type, there is bypass. Sometimes, it is desinged with backup gate valve on two or three line. so that gate valve quantity will be double.
For gate valve type on choke manifold, we normally adopt Cameron FC type. but if end user prefers WOM magnum type, we also can adopt it if there is much sand.

- Onshore and offshore oil and gas well testing and cleanup after drilling or workover operations
- Flowback after stimulation or workover operations
- other situation need reducing fluid pressure
