In this year, we start to expand plug valve business, and we will make some stock for 2″ fig 1502 and 2″ fig 1002 plug valve (low torque valve). Our plug valve is same to SPM type. And confirmed by German end user.

There are many light and low quality plug valve in the market, which is weight is 28kg. Our single plug valve weight is 47 kg (103 lb), which body wall thickness is very safe.

We are lucky that we have already suvived from coronavirus in China.

Now the coronavirus burst all over the world except China. When anti-coronavirus, KN95 (N95) MASK makes very important application. Now we have many stock, if any foreign friends need them, we also can supply to help you pass through this difficult moment.

Recently, we got many inquiries for choke bean. but unlucky, we can’t quote all of them. Frankly speaking, there are too many manufacturers who can produce high pressure positive(fixed) choke. and they have their own choke bean. so there are many kinds of choke bean in the market. Now what we can supply is mainly Cameron H2 type and OCT type. Even if we know it is H2 type, we still need more information to confirm what we supply is applicable for end user’s request.
Although there are many kinds of choke bean, the choke bean gauge is the same. We can make 8/64″ -2″ choke bean gauge for end user to test their choke bean.

Recently, one customer request one choke manifold by expanding gate valve. As we know, expanding gate valve is original from Cameron USA. but we seldom use it on choke manifold. Maybe years ago, end user used this kind of choke manifold with expanding gate valve. so today, we point the reason why expanding gate valve should’t be used.

From API 16c standard, choke manifold should be made according to API 6A PSL3. From PSL3 RT request, we found that casting body can not pass the requet. Normally expanding gate valve body is casting body. so we got the answer that expanding gate valve should’t be used on choke manifold.

High pressure plug valve is often called low torque valve. Compared to 10,000 & 15,000 psi gate valve, plug valve torque is low. and plug valve volume is smaller than gate valve. The most popular type for plug valve is FMC and Halliburton type. Now we can supply 3″ 15000 psi specification for the 2 types. As working pressure is high, so we use forged body for plug valve. Recently, our product delivery time is a little slow, as we get batch of orders for FC gate valves, frac gate valves, casing head and x-mass trees. and facility is full of product and semi-finished product.
