Adjustable Choke and Fixed Choke (Positive Choke)
Choke's function is to control flowrate and reduce pressure on line.
Adjustable Choke and Fixed Choke is often used on production line and reduce high pressure from well to protect human and downtream process equipment. Normally adjustable choke is installed on the outlet of x-mass tree. Positive Choke is normally installed on the stable flow line. And both of them will show up in Choke Manifold.
There is one needle valve face to inlet line which is for reducing sand corrosion inside.
Strictly, choke is not valve. but sometimes we call them adjustable choke valve and fixed choke valve.

- max orifice size: 1", 2", 3"
- bore size: 2-1/16", 3-1/8", 3-1/16", 4-1/16"
- flange size can be made to 7-1/16" which will be welded with 4-1/16" choke body
- working pressure: 2,000psi to 20,000psi
